By accessing or using our Website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Online Services and Account Registration

To access our tutoring services, you may be required to register for an account. By registering, you confirm that:

  • All information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

  • You are over 16 years of age or have obtained appropriate parental consent.

  • You accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Booking and Payment

  • Trial lessons are 100% Free.

  • Regular lessons and packages must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Payments can be made using approved methods displayed on the Website.

  • By making a payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Refund Policy

  • Trial lessons are Free.

  • Completed regular lessons are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • If you decide to cancel future booked lessons, you may request a full refund for all unused sessions by contacting us at least 24 hours before the next scheduled class.

  • Refund requests must be submitted to contact@atlasacademy.ma and will be processed within 5–7 business days.

​Confidentiality and Data Protection

​We take your privacy seriously. All personal and payment information is stored securely and transmitted only in encrypted form. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is the property of Atlasor LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our Website without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Atlasor LLC shall not be liable for:
